To complete A Better Use in ARC Raiders, find a Supply Call Station, interact with it to request a drop, then loot the arriving Supply Drop. The quest comes from Tian Wen after The Right Tool. Stations are listed on Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport, and The Blue Gate, but their appearance is not guaranteed at a fixed location in every raid.
What A Better Use requires
Tian Wen assigns A Better Use after you complete The Right Tool. The quest has two separate objectives: request a Supply Drop from a Call Station, then loot a Supply Drop. Calling one alone does not complete both objectives.
The quest listing names Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport, and The Blue Gate. Treat these as maps where the quest can be pursued, not as a promise that a station will spawn at a particular landmark in every raid. ARC Raiders Database notes that some spawns are irregular.
How to find a Supply Call Station
Look for a small radio on the ground beside a tall, narrow antenna topped with a white light. The station’s map icon may only appear when you are nearby, according to Prima Games, so check the map as you move through a listed map and watch for the antenna structure itself.
#1 Best Overall
The quest sources do not establish a fixed set of coordinates or a guaranteed station location for a raid. If you do not see the icon or structure, keep searching rather than assuming the station is always at one known point.
How to request and loot the drop
- Make sure A Better Use is active after completing The Right Tool.
- Search one of the listed maps for the radio-and-antenna station, checking the map periodically as you move.
- Interact with the station to call in the Supply Drop from Speranza.
- Be ready for nearby ARC enemies to move toward the station. Prima Games advises relocating while you wait and watching the sky for the drop.
- When the drop arrives, loot it to complete the second objective. The quest objective specifies looting the drop; the available references do not establish that calling it or merely opening it is enough.
The ARC Raiders Wiki reports that the drop arrives within a minute of activation. Tian Wen’s quest dialogue cautions, “Just keep your gun at the ready, when one comes down; they tend to be like honey to flies.”
