What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a step in one of our guides is wrong or out of date, tell us which
article and what you saw instead. These go to the top of the queue. - Questions about an article. If something in a guide did not work for your device or
setup, send us the article link and what happened. - Story tips and suggestions. If there is a video games question you cannot find a straight
answer to anywhere, tell us — that is usually a sign we should write it. - Writing for us. We occasionally work with writers who know the subject first-hand.
Send a short note about what you would cover and a sample of your work. - Advertising and partnerships. Use the same address and include your company and what
you have in mind.
Response time
We aim to reply within two to three working days. Corrections are usually actioned faster than that,
often the same day.
