Use the Buried City Town Hall Key at the ground-level door on the north-to-northwest side of Town Hall, in central Buried City. The entrance faces Marano Park beneath the building’s archways.
Where is the Town Hall Key used?
Town Hall stands near the middle of Buried City. Go to its northern side and look for the entrance at ground level, facing Marano Park. The door sits beneath the archways; it is not an entrance to a separate outbuilding. Shacknews describes the door on the northwest face, while the ARC Raiders Wiki identifies it as the northern ground-floor door.
How to approach the entrance
One fan-made route guide recommends approaching from the Corso da Vinci side to avoid crossing the open plaza. Use that as a route suggestion, not a guaranteed safe path: enemy and player activity can vary from raid to raid. ARC Raiders AI identifies this approach.
What the key opens and where to get one
The key unlocks entry to Town Hall, a three-level building. The community wiki classifies the key as Epic and lists scavenging and the quest Our Presence up There as acquisition paths. ARC Raiders AI reports that the quest rewards a key after successful extraction and that keys can drop from residential-style containers. It names Ruby Residence and the Research and Administration building on Dam Battlegrounds as commonly reported farming locations; these are guide-reported locations, not confirmed drop-rate data.

What loot can you find inside?
The ARC Raiders Wiki associates the key with two Security Lockers and one Weapon Case. Shacknews also describes possible containers across Town Hall’s three floors, including drawers, bags, cabinets, and cases. These are potential finds rather than guaranteed spawns: containers and loot vary between raids. The cited guides do not establish an exact loot value, drop rate, or chance of finding a particular item.
Threats and extraction planning
Shacknews warns that ARC enemies such as Ticks, Pops, and Fireballs may be present, and that other Raiders may also be looking to loot Town Hall. Its guide recommends closing the door behind you. ARC Raiders AI characterizes the central building as a high-traffic area and advises planning an exit before entering. Shacknews also points to a Raider Hatch on Town Hall’s outside northeastern edge on standard maps; treat the hatch as a possible extraction option, not a guaranteed one.
