Where to find the three Carcadia Burn Vault Fragments
Use the nearby landmarks below to reach each fragment. You can collect the locations in any order.

Lopside: roof of the One Pumper station
- Start near the Makeshift Chalet safehouse and find the small One Pumper gas station.
- Use the grapple point at the front of the station to reach the roof.
- Pick up the fragment from the table.
A Lost Capsule and Dead Bolt collectible are also nearby, according to GameSpot’s location guide.
Tonnage Peel: Wreck of the Last Great Hope
- Head to the shipwreck structure on Tonnage Peel’s western coast and go inside.
- Find the floor grate or hatch and grapple it open. PC Gamer places the hatch on the left, near a red light.
- Drop down the shaft to reach the fragment.

Ruined Sumplands: altar near Hull’s Handbasket
- From the area near Hull’s Handbasket, head down the hill toward the water.
- Look along the coast for a small altar and collect the fragment there.
The altar is between The Gunkworks and Hull’s Handbasket. Judgement’s Lapse Order Silo is another nearby travel reference, according to Gamer Guides.
How to track fragments as you search
- Use the map search circle: When you are near a fragment, the map shows a broad search circle.
- Follow the radar: A four-notch radar fills as you get closer to the fragment.
- Capture Order Silos: Captured silos reveal general fragment locations and serve as fast-travel points.

Where to go after collecting all three
Once all three fragments are collected, the Arch of Radix—the Carcadia Burn Primordial Vault—is revealed. It is in the northwestern corner of Grindstone of the Worthy. Gamer Guides describes an approach from Moxxi’s Bottoms Up bar; PC Gamer places the vault east of The Lowrise safehouse and north of Rustical Hurl silo.

What to expect inside the Arch of Radix
The vault route includes enemy waves before the fight with Primordial Guardian Radix. The guides describe a shield bar followed by an armor bar. GameSpot recommends shock damage against the shield and corrosive damage against armor; PC Gamer recommends corrosive damage for Radix’s armor, with cryo as a fallback. These are guide recommendations, not independently tested damage comparisons.
