A Portal code identifies an experience or a lobby; it does not guarantee availability, bots, or full progression. Search in game, then check whether the experience is marked Verified or Modified XP before joining.
Why this page does not list “working” farm codes
Portal experiences can be created, changed, or become unavailable, and a code search may return nothing if its experience has not been created or is no longer discoverable. No current code-specific XP rate or XP-per-hour comparison is established here, so naming a code as the fastest would be misleading.

EA has also said that servers focused on farming XP and defeating bots made it harder for players to find community experiences for active play. Its community update described a broader progression path: match-completion XP increased by 10%, daily bonus XP by 40%, and the XP required for the first 20 attachment ranks was reduced so players could earn useful attachments “almost twice as fast.” Those are changes reported by Battlefield Studios/EA in that update, not guarantees about any particular Portal code or current XP rate. How to find a Portal experience by code
EA describes two different kinds of codes: an Experience Code locates a Community Experience in the library, while a lobby join code joins a specific lobby and is revealed from that lobby’s Team Creation menu. When a guide gives you a code, confirm which kind it is; one cannot necessarily be used in place of the other.

- Open Battlefield 6’s Portal Community Experience Library or server browser.
- Search the library using the Experience Code. EA also says you can search by word, tags, map, or mode.
- If you find a candidate server, use the browser’s filters and sorting options to assess player count, map, ping, host region, maximum players, and tags.
- Open the experience details and inspect its progression label before joining. Recheck availability in game, since an old code may no longer find an experience.
EA’s Portal support page explains experience discovery and server browsing. Its Portal 101 guide explains Experience Codes and the distinction between an experience and a lobby.
Verified vs. Custom: what the XP label means
“Portal” by itself does not mean a server grants the same progression as a standard multiplayer match. EA distinguishes Verified experiences from Custom experiences labeled Modified XP.

| Experience type | What EA says about progression | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Verified | Grants the specified Career XP match-completion award and win bonus, Hardware XP, and mission/assignment progress at the same amounts as a normal multiplayer match. | Confirm the experience is actually marked Verified; the code alone does not establish this. |
| Custom (Modified XP) | Does not receive standard Career XP, Hardware XP, and mission/assignment progression rates. EA says it receives an adjusted Career XP match-completion award. | Read the Modified XP label and details rather than assuming normal action-based rewards apply. |
EA’s Portal guidance describes these progression terms. Its Spanish-language progression guide also distinguishes Career XP, Hardware XP, and Battle Pass XP. It says actions such as kills and assists can grant Career and Battle Pass XP, while relevant weapon or vehicle use earns Hardware XP; revives, squad spawns, spotting, class actions, and match completion also contribute to progression. Custom experiences generally use an adjusted completion award in place of unavailable action-based XP, subject to very limited exceptions. This background does not establish the current reward rate for a particular code.

EA’s rules say it may remove players who exploit game features or abuse glitches and bugs. The rules specifically name stat padding—using a feature in an unintended way to artificially stack scores—as a behavior that may lead to removal. They do not say that every lobby containing bots automatically violates the rules, so a bot lobby alone is not evidence of a violation. Avoid exploiting bugs or using a mode to artificially inflate stats. Read EA’s rules.

How to choose a useful server without trusting a stale code list
Use the in-game details rather than a “fastest XP” claim. Compare the experience’s current availability and progression label, then assess map, mode, region and ping, player count, and tags in the server browser. A code can help locate a listing; it does not establish what the server currently contains or how much XP it awards.
