Best Corvette modules by goal
Corvettes combine structural parts with functional modules. The best choice depends on what you want the ship to do, not just a single ranking. Hello Games lists weapons, reactors, shield generators and other functional categories, but does not publish a comparative performance ranking.

What parts should I use for speed and damage?
For damage
A September 18, 2026 Japanese-language guide recommends Phase Beam Arrays, and a player comparison also reports strong Corvette Phase Beam performance, including shield recovery. Those are community recommendations and observations, not official fixed damage figures or a guaranteed result. Weapon behavior can be version-dependent, so check how the installed weapon works in your current game.
The same guide suggests three Phase Beam Arrays for a normal configuration and up to six for a damage-focused build. Treat those counts as an optional community-tested setup, not a required or officially specified loadout; confirm the current effect in-game before committing to it.

For speed and handling
Prioritize the thrusters and reactor values actually available on your parts. A community build guide points to Medusa-class reactors and strong thrusters, but player reports note that part values can vary. Compare the displayed stats and test the handling of your assembled ship rather than assuming a class name guarantees the best result in every save.
How to max your Corvette’s stats
There is no supported universal recipe for maximizing every Corvette stat at once. A combat, mobility, utility or defense build makes different trade-offs, and variable part rolls mean two parts of the same type may not have identical values.

- Pick a priority. Decide whether you care most about damage, mobility, cargo utility or defense.
- Compare candidates in-game. Check the displayed values and part descriptions before installing or trading parts.
- Assemble around the goal. Use the relevant functional modules; do not infer a performance benefit from appearance alone.
- Check the result. Test weapon behavior or handling in your own build, especially after an update that could affect game balance.
How Corvette modules work and where to get them
Corvettes are assembled from structural and functional modules at the Corvette Workshop aboard a Space Station. The official catalogue includes habs, hulls, wings, engines, windows, accessways, weapons, reactors, shield generators, connectors and decorative parts. The Workshop sells basic modules and lets you barter excess modules for advanced options.
Hello Games says modules can be unearthed from planetary salvage containers and found in Derelict Freighters. The Voyagers 6.0 notes also list pirates, freighter cargo pods, crashed freighter crates, frigate expeditions and mission rewards as sources. Breach added salvageable Corvette wrecks in deep space, including landing gear, shields, weapons, connectors and wedge-shaped hull pieces.

Newer named parts
Breach introduced Wings of Aeron, described as stabilizing the Corvette during atmospheric flight, and the Aeron Powershield, described as boosting its defense array. These descriptions indicate a stated function; they do not establish that either is best for every build.
The later Cosmos 7.0 update added the Tractor Beam. Hello Games says it can be purchased alongside other Corvette parts at the Workshop in Space Stations and gathers physical cargo into the Corvette hold.

The official Voyagers, Breach and Cosmos materials establish available modules, acquisition routes and selected part functions. They do not provide an authoritative ranking or comparative performance dataset. Specific damage and mobility recommendations come from secondary guides and player observations; values and weapon behavior may vary by build or change with updates. Check current in-game descriptions and stats rather than treating community numbers as permanent specifications.
