Third-party guides reported keypad codes during 2026, but their lists and claims differ, and codes can expire. The island’s Fortnite listing does not publish or verify reward codes. Below are examples attributed to their sources—not guarantees that they still redeem. Updated October 8, 2026.
First, distinguish the island code from reward codes
The island’s Fortnite code is 9359-3780-0816. Use it to find pandvil’s Unbox A Brainrot island; it is not a keypad reward code. The official listing describes a casual tycoon/simulator built around collecting Brainrots, upgrading a base and stats, rebirthing for perks and a larger base, weekly events, and earning money while offline. It also labels the island as including in-game purchases with random items.

Reward codes are numeric entries that third-party guides say to enter on a keypad or terminal inside the island. Guides describe rewards such as Brainrots, cash, potions, and crates, but those rewards are guide-reported rather than confirmed by the official island listing.
Codes reported by third-party guides
The lists below are not a combined or verified list of working codes. Their dates and wording matter: an “active” claim from a guide is not the same as an official confirmation or a fresh in-game test. Try a code in the island to see whether it is accepted.

Recent “likely working” subset reported by Dilly
Dilly’s tracker, crawled around September 29, 2026, labels these entries “likely working” and cautions that codes may be time-limited or event-related. That wording is not proof that any code still works today.

Pro Game Guides’ page is titled “Unlock A Brainrot Fortnite Codes (May 2026)” and says it was updated May 8, 2026. It also contains an embedded note saying “Updated February 6, 2026,” so its update information is not presented consistently. These are the rewards shown in its list:

How to redeem a reward code
- Launch Fortnite and find Unbox A Brainrot by searching its name, or enter island code 9359-3780-0816. The official island listing says players can find it by name or code.
- Once inside, look for the code keypad or terminal. Third-party guides place it around the base, lobby, shop, or back of a lot; their location descriptions differ, so follow the current map layout.
- Enter a reward code exactly as listed and confirm it on the terminal. If it is rejected, it may have expired, changed, or been entered incorrectly. The guides do not establish that every listed code remains redeemable.
These steps require Fortnite and access to the island; the cited instructions do not call for a physical accessory or item.

Published code lists can change quickly, and the sources reviewed do not agree on one authoritative set. Pro Game Guides’ May page presents a longer list and says none have expired; Nerdschalk’s July list is shorter; Dilly’s late-September tracker uses the qualified label “likely working.” Several codes overlap across the May and July guides, but overlap is not official confirmation. A February 6, 2026 video page promotes secret-code coverage without exposing the actual values in its description, so it does not establish a complete March 2026 list.

For that reason, “reported” is more accurate than “all working.” The official listing confirms the island and how to find it, not the reward-code list. No source cited here establishes that these codes were tested in-game on October 8, 2026.
