So, based on this thread alone, there is no substantiated list of alternative download sites to recommend. A site’s presence in a discussion would not, by itself, establish that downloading a particular game file is authorized or that the file is trustworthy.
For Xenia, use its documented physical-media workflow
Xenia’s Quickstart describes a process that uses an Xbox 360 and USB storage of at least 16 GB. For the disc route, it calls for an Xbox 360 game disc and a console that can read it. Xenia cannot play a game directly from the disc drive; the game must first be prepared as files for the emulator. Follow the current Xenia Quickstart for the steps and requirements.

The documented hardware matters: Xenia’s FAQ says Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles cannot be used to dump games. If you do not have the equipment required by the documented process, do not assume that a newer Xbox can substitute for an Xbox 360. See the Xenia FAQ for that limitation.
Check whether the specific game is compatible
Compatibility varies by title, so finding or preparing a game file does not guarantee that it will run well—or at all. Before choosing a game to play, check its entry in Xenia’s compatibility list. Treat the listing as title-specific guidance, not a promise that every setup will behave identically.

Keep legality and access separate from emulator setup
The Reddit exchange and Xenia instructions do not establish whether downloading, copying, or retaining a particular Xbox 360 game file is lawful for you. The answer can depend on your jurisdiction and circumstances. Having a disc, using an emulator, or seeing a file linked in a community thread does not settle that legal question; check the rules that apply where you live.
