Build Ardelia as a support: level Dolly Rush first, use it to turn Corrosion into Physical and Arts Susceptibility, and collect Mr. Dolly pickups when the team needs healing. For gear, aim for Eternal Xiranite; choose Dreams of the Starry Beach for Arts teams or Stanza of Memorials for Physical teams.
Ardelia’s role and core play pattern
Ardelia is a six-star Nature Arts Unit Supporter, not primarily a main damage dealer. Her value comes from helping the team deal more damage through Corrosion and Susceptibility while providing healing through Mr. Dolly pickups. Icy Veins, Mobalytics, and Prydwen all describe her as a support; their recommendations are guide advice, not firsthand comparative testing. Icy Veins, Mobalytics, and Prydwen.
The central sequence is to trigger her Combo Skill on an eligible target, then use Dolly Rush to consume Corrosion and apply Physical and Arts Susceptibility. The trigger is conditional: a Final Strike by the controlled operator must hit an enemy without Vulnerability or Arts Infliction stacks. Check the target’s status before building a rotation around it.
What each skill does
- Rocky Whispers: Ardelia’s Basic Attack.
- Dolly Rush: Her Battle Skill. Prydwen lists it as a 100 SP Nature attack. If its target has Corrosion, the skill consumes that effect to apply Physical and Arts Susceptibility.
- Eruption Column: Her Combo Skill. Prydwen lists a 17-second cooldown; it deals Nature damage and forcibly applies temporary Corrosion when its Final Strike trigger conditions are met.
- Wooly Party: Her Ultimate. Prydwen lists a cost of 90 energy; it summons Mr. Dolly copies that deal Nature damage.
These costs and cooldowns are values reported on Prydwen’s guide, which was last updated June 14, 2026 and labels its reviewed build Patch 1. Mechanics can change in later updates.

Healing through Mr. Dolly
Dolly Rush and Wooly Party can create Shadows of Mr. Dolly. The controlled operator collects a shadow by touching it. Prydwen reports that shadows last 10 seconds and up to 10 can exist at once. If the controlled operator is at full HP when a shadow is collected, its healing goes instead to the ally with the lowest HP percentage. Prydwen also describes a nearby-Corrosion follow-up that can repeat Dolly Rush once without SP under its stated condition; check the skill text in your current client for the applicable condition.
Best skills to level
Prioritize Dolly Rush. It is the payoff for applying Corrosion and the skill that converts it into Physical and Arts Susceptibility. The guides agree on leveling the Battle Skill first, though they differ on the exact order for the remaining skills.

Recommended gear and progression options
Endgame support set: Eternal Xiranite
Icy Veins recommends Eternal Xiranite with an emphasis on Intellect, Will, and Ultimate SP Gain. Its recommended setup uses a Tide Surge body as an off-piece, Eternal Xiranite gloves, and two auxiliary-arm kits. The guide reports that the set grants the wearer 1,000 HP and, after applying Amp, Protection, Susceptibility, or Weakness, grants other teammates +16% DMG Dealt for 15 seconds. Effects with the same name do not stack. These values are guide-reported game data from a page updated September 16, 2026; its changelog says no update was needed for version 1.4.
Earlier progression: Mordvolt Resistant
If Eternal Xiranite is not yet available, Icy Veins recommends Mordvolt Resistant pieces with a Tide Surge body off-piece as a temporary, healing-oriented option. The guide does not provide a comparable numerical bonus in the cited recommendation, so treat it as a progression bridge rather than an equivalent endgame set.

Best weapons: match the team’s damage type

For your own lineup, compare operator availability, the team’s damage type, and whether the enemy’s status state allows Eruption Column’s Final Strike trigger. Ardelia’s sequence depends on that trigger; it is not guaranteed to activate on every target or in every rotation.

- Check the target’s statuses. Eruption Column’s trigger requires a Final Strike against an enemy without Vulnerability or Arts Infliction stacks. Clear or account for those blocking statuses before planning around the trigger.
- Land the eligible Final Strike. Use the controlled operator to trigger Eruption Column and apply Corrosion.
- Use Dolly Rush on the Corroded target. It consumes Corrosion to apply Physical and Arts Susceptibility, setting up damage for the team.
- Collect Mr. Dolly shadows when sustain matters. Touch the pickups with the controlled operator; healing can go to the lowest-HP-percentage ally if that operator is already at full HP.
- Fill animation gaps with teammates’ abilities. Icy Veins notes that Ardelia’s and other operators’ animations can leave downtime. Exact timing depends on the team and encounter.
Which recommendations are most consistent?
- Ardelia’s job is team support and healing rather than serving as the primary damage dealer.
- Dolly Rush is the first skill to prioritize and the key skill for converting Corrosion into Susceptibility.
- Eruption Column’s trigger depends on the target’s status and a Final Strike, so rotations must account for enemy state.
- Dreams of the Starry Beach fits Arts teams; Stanza of Memorials is a guide-recommended alternative for Physical lineups.
- Eternal Xiranite is the recommended support gear direction, with Mordvolt Resistant suggested for earlier progression by Icy Veins.
The consulted guide pages are patch-sensitive and do not all reflect the same game build: Icy Veins was updated September 16, 2026 and says no version 1.4 change was needed; Mobalytics was updated July 28, 2026; Prydwen’s June 14, 2026 page labels its reviewed build Patch 1. Confirm skill text, gear effects, and weapon effects in the current client if a later patch has changed them.
