In a December 2025 report, FRVR attributed a Steam blog statement to Ossen, identified as an Embark community lead. The report said patches would stop arriving weekly, shift from Thursday to Tuesday, and be released as needed. It also said Embark expected very few updates in late December and early January while the team took a break, while still monitoring critical issues.
