Then extract and return to Tian Wen in Speranza to finish the quest.
Quest prerequisites and route
Tian Wen gives What We Left Behind, and Dormant Barons is listed as its preceding quest by the ARC Raiders Wiki. The objectives span Buried City, Dam Battlegrounds, and Spaceport. The locations and interactions below are also covered in guides from GameSpot and PC Gamer.
- Search two containers in the Raider Camp beneath the Parking Garage in Buried City.
- Interact with the documents at South Swamp Outpost in Dam Battlegrounds.
- Interact with the notes in Bilguun’s Hideout at Spaceport.
- Extract, then speak with Tian Wen in Speranza.
Buried City: Raider Camp beneath the Parking Garage
Head to the Parking Garage near Marano Park. The guides differ on whether to describe the garage as northwest or near the center of Buried City, so use the named landmark rather than relying on a compass direction.
- On the ground or first floor, find the breachable door.
- Go through it and use the zipline behind the door to reach the sand-buried camp below.
- Search any two containers. Examples noted by PC Gamer include a long Raider case and a bag behind corrugated metal near the makeshift habitation.
Dam Battlegrounds: South Swamp Outpost
Travel to South Swamp Outpost on the western side of Dam Battlegrounds, near Water Treatment Control. Enter the main cylindrical room and interact with the papers or documents on the table; the objective marker is described as yellow.

Spaceport: Bilguun’s Hideout
Go to Container Storage, then look along the wall to its east. Bilguun’s Hideout is a Raider camp on or attached to that wall.
- Reach the camp using climbable access on the wall. PC Gamer describes broken sections you can climb; GameSpot points to a yellow ladder.
- Inside the hideout, interact with the marked notes.
The guides describe different ways up, so follow the visible climbable route and the yellow objective marker at your location.
Extracting and completing the quest
GameSpot’s January 7, 2026 walkthrough says the objective items do not need to be extracted for quest progress. You can complete the interactions and extract afterward; once the notes objective is done, extract and speak to Tian Wen in Speranza to wrap up the quest.
