Prepare for the Sirène fight
Sirène is a required Act 2 boss in the Sirène area, past Glissando. The nearby Expedition Flag is Crumbling Path; defeating her is required to reach the Paintress. Fight Tisseur rather than sparing it
If you encounter Tisseur on the route before Sirène, fighting it is the more useful preparation: the guide says it rewards Anti-Charm Pictos. Sparing Tisseur allows Sirène to buff her defenses, according to the same guide. The source does not specify the buff’s numerical effect.
Choose damage and target
- Use Ice and Dark attacks, which the guide lists as Sirène’s weaknesses.
- Avoid depending on Earth or Light damage, which the guide lists as resisted.
- Aim at Sirène’s head when the game presents it as an available weak point.
Sciel is a possible party choice, not a stated requirement: the guide lists Tisseron, a Sciel weapon, among the drops. It does not provide drop quantities or establish that Sciel must be in the party.

Dodge the Charm and ribbon attacks
- Widow Ballet’s Charm attack: Dodge before the smoke explodes. If a character is charmed, use Free Aim on the flying Ballet to clear it.
- Dress ribbon: Dodge its three hits. The guide describes the ribbon as moving slowly.
Gradient-parry Seduces
Seduces is a Gradient Attack that can Charm. Gradient-parry shortly after the screen greys, as the cage begins to shrink.
Dodge the Grand Ballet
Grand Ballet sends five dancers attacking with different elements and timing. Listen for the audio cues and dodge.

Jump the ground wave and final sequence
- Glissando ground wave: Jump when its head slam sends a wave across the arena.
- Final sequence: Sirène pairs Glissando with Widow Ballet. Jump over Glissando’s head bash, then watch for Widow Ballet swooping in from the right.
Keep summoned Ballet enemies under control
Sirène’s summoned Ballet enemies are active threats, not background distractions: they can apply Charm and add pressure while you attack the boss. Clear them when needed to keep the fight manageable, and use Free Aim on the flying Ballet if Charm has already affected a character. Anti-Charm Pictos from fighting Tisseur provide the preparation the guide specifically recommends.
