The Coin Cabinet puzzle is in the 1F office area of Wood Side Apartments. Find the Man Coin in Apartment 206’s safe, the Woman Coin in the inner courtyard after clearing the garbage chute with Canned Juice, and the Snake Coin in the pool stroller reached through Apartment 116. Then use the arrangement for your puzzle difficulty to earn the Apartment 201 Key.
Where to find the Coin Cabinet and all three coins
The cabinet is in the backroom of the 1F office area, opposite the main entrance. You need all three coins to work through its riddle arrangements. The route and locations are summarized in the Coin Cabinet guide and coin puzzle walkthrough.

- Man Coin: Open the safe in Apartment 206; the coin is inside.
- Woman Coin: Use Canned Juice at the 3F garbage chute access to dislodge the coin. Pick it up in the inner courtyard on 1F.
- Snake Coin: Go through Apartment 116 to reach the pool courtyard, then search the red baby stroller or cot in the pool.
Choose the layout for your puzzle difficulty
The cabinet’s coin placements differ between Light, Standard, and Hard puzzle difficulty. In the table, slots are listed left to right; “Empty” means leave the slot vacant. Flip coins to show the specified face when needed.

How to choose the final coin
Once the riddle arrangements are complete, insert any of the three coins in the top slot to finish and receive the Apartment 201 Key. That last choice also relates to ending outcomes: the puzzle guide associates Snake with Leave, Woman with Maria, and Man with In Water. PlayStation’s replay guidance specifically identifies Snake for Leave and Man for In Water, while noting that first-playthrough endings depend on a combination of playstyle, interactions, and choices. Treat the coin as an influencing factor, not a guaranteed ending trigger.

No. Konami says puzzle difficulty affects game content and cannot be changed mid-playthrough. Combat difficulty can be changed later in Settings, but it is separate from the puzzle setting. Confirm your puzzle difficulty before using a solution column; see Konami’s game information.
