Per cambiare l’account usato da Fortnite su PS5, scollega l’account PlayStation dall’account Epic attuale e collegalo all’account Epic che vuoi usare. Prima verifica quale account Epic contiene i progressi desiderati: Fortnite non consente di unire progressi di account diversi.
Prima di cambiare account: individua i progressi corretti
Progressi e acquisti di Fortnite sono conservati sull’account Epic Games. Scollegare la PlayStation non cancella quell’account, ma la console scollegata non potrà più accedere ai suoi dati tramite quel collegamento. Epic sconsiglia di scollegare senza prima considerare queste conseguenze (guida di Epic Games).
Accedi agli account Epic che usi e controlla quale contiene i progressi che vuoi mantenere. Se colleghi la console a un account Epic diverso, Fortnite può mostrare i progressi di quell’account; Epic non può unire progressi appartenenti a più account (indicazioni di Epic sul recupero dei progressi).
Come scollegare e collegare l’account Epic su PS5
- Da telefono o computer, apri EpicGames.com. Se sei già connesso, esci per evitare di modificare l’account sbagliato.
- Accedi all’account Epic attualmente collegato alla PlayStation. Se non sai quale sia, scegli l’accesso tramite PlayStation: il login della console può aiutarti a individuare l’account Epic associato.
- Apri le impostazioni dell’account e vai a Linked accounts. Individua l’account PlayStation collegato.
- Seleziona Unlink e leggi gli avvisi di Epic prima di confermare.
- Collega l’account PlayStation desiderato all’account Epic che contiene i progressi che vuoi usare. Controlla con attenzione che sia l’account corretto: Epic raccomanda di verificare la console che si sta collegando (istruzioni ufficiali per collegare un account console).
- Avvia Fortnite su PS5 e controlla che compaiano i progressi attesi.
Se compare una restrizione di collegamento
Se Epic segnala che in precedenza è stato collegato un altro account della stessa piattaforma, potrebbe essere necessario rimuovere la restrizione prima di collegare il nuovo account PlayStation. Segui la procedura ufficiale di Epic per rimuovere la restrizione di collegamento (guida alla rimozione della restrizione).

Se avvii Fortnite da una console scollegata, Epic può creare automaticamente un nuovo account Epic vuoto. Anche il collegamento della PlayStation a un account Epic diverso da quello con i tuoi progressi può far apparire un profilo senza i dati attesi. Questo non dimostra che l’account originale sia stato cancellato: controlla quale account Epic è collegato e collega la console a quello che contiene i progressi desiderati. I progressi di account diversi non possono essere fusi (supporto Epic Games).
