To complete Bruna’s Request in Crimson Desert, read Bruna’s poster on the City of Hernand notice board, follow the notes from Bruna to a stable and the Royal Trading Post, then enter Lioncrest Manor or Castle through an upper-floor window and speak with the Stranger. Examine each note when you find it; one walkthrough reports that the quest marker will not advance until you do.
How to unlock Bruna’s Request
Read Bruna’s poster on the notice board in the City of Hernand. Walkthrough sources describe the quest as being associated with Hernand, though they use different labels for its quest grouping, including “Hernand Commission” and “Tales of the Hernandian Merchants.”

Speak with Bruna at Equinsher Saddlery
After reading the poster, go to Equinsher Saddlery in Hernand and speak with Bruna. Examine Bruna’s Note before leaving.

Inspect the clue at the stable
Follow the next clue to the Hernand Stable or nearby stable and examine the note there. Guides call it either the “Tack Keeper’s Note” or the “Saddler’s Note.” If the marker does not move, check that you have examined the note rather than only approaching it.

Talk to a Noble at the Royal Trading Post
Continue to the Royal Trading Post and speak with a Noble. Examine the delivery note you receive or find there before heading to the next destination.

Reach the Stranger at Lioncrest
Go to the place guides variously call Lioncrest Manor, Lioncrest Castle, or Lion Crest Manor. Rather than trying the guarded front entrance, look for an upper-floor window and enter there. Speak with the Stranger inside; one walkthrough describes the NPC as a dwarf wearing a pink hat.

Report back to Bruna’s Assistant
After speaking with the Stranger, take the feedback to Bruna’s Assistant at the Nas River Fishing Dock to finish the reported quest route.
Quest details that vary between guides
