Twitch allows unclaimed earned Drops to be claimed for up to seven days after a campaign ends. You generally cannot earn more progress after the campaign ends, and an old Drop missing from Twitch inventory may still be in the linked game account.
Can you claim an old Twitch Drop after a campaign ends?
If you earned the Drop before the campaign ended but did not claim it, Twitch says you can claim it from Drops Inventory for up to 7 days (168 hours) after the campaign ends. This is a claim window for rewards already earned; it is not extra time to watch or build progress.

Sign in to the Twitch account you used for the campaign and open Drops Inventory. If the claim option is still available, claim the reward there. Once the seven-day window has passed, Twitch’s guidance does not promise that the unclaimed reward can be recovered.
Can you finish earning a Drop after the campaign ends?
Generally, no. Twitch says viewers cannot earn additional progress after a campaign expires, and progress is lost if the campaign ends before the Drop is completed. A later rerun or a separate grant from the game publisher may be possible for a particular reward, but Twitch does not guarantee either.

- No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
Why did an old Drop disappear from Twitch inventory?
Twitch’s localized guidance on legacy Drops says they may stop appearing in Drops Inventory even though previously earned items remain on the linked game account. So a missing Twitch listing does not necessarily mean the reward was removed from the game.
Sign in to the game account that was linked to Twitch during the campaign and check the relevant in-game inventory. The legacy guidance does not establish that every old reward or campaign behaves identically.

What if you claimed a Drop but it is missing in-game?
- Check that the Twitch account used for the claim is linked to the correct game account.
- Look in the game’s inventory, mailbox, or other reward-delivery area.
- If it is still missing, contact the game developer or publisher. Include the Drop name and proof of the Twitch claim.
Twitch says the game developer handles in-game fulfillment after a Drop is claimed. Twitch support is the relevant contact for Twitch-side problems with earning, claiming, or code delivery.

Follow the campaign’s instructions for redeeming the code. Twitch says an expired code cannot be reactivated. For problems with an external code redemption, contact the promotional partner identified by the campaign.
