For World of Warcraft, neither mouse has a proven performance advantage. The current Razer Naga V3 Pro offers a wireless design and three interchangeable side plates; the Logitech G600 centers on a fixed 12-button thumb panel and a G-Alt button for assigning second functions. Choose based on which control layout suits you—not on an unsupported claim that one will improve your rotation or raid performance.

The button totals are manufacturer counts, and the companies may count programmable controls differently. They are useful for understanding each mouse’s control approach, not as a like-for-like measurement of how many WoW actions you can reach comfortably.
Which layout fits the way you play WoW?
Choose the Naga V3 Pro if you want to change the side layout
The Naga’s 12-button plate is its MMO configuration, while the 6- and 2-button plates offer alternatives when you want fewer thumb controls for another game or use. Its wireless design is another clear distinction from the cited G600 feature information. Razer describes the swap as quick, saying, “Swap the magnetic side plate in seconds and your mouse adapts to any game of your choice.” That is Razer’s product positioning, not an independently verified assessment of speed or convenience.
Choose the G600 if G-Alt suits your keybind plan
The G600 pairs its 12-button thumb panel with G-Alt, which Logitech says can give each G-key a second function. That approach may appeal if you prefer to keep a single physical layout and switch between two assigned actions. It does not prove that you will execute abilities faster; the usefulness depends on how you configure and learn the controls.

Will either mouse make you better at World of Warcraft?
The available manufacturer specifications do not establish that either mouse is more accurate, comfortable, durable, or effective in WoW. They also do not show that either improves rotations, damage, reaction time, or raid performance. A 12-button grid can put many bindings under your thumb, but whether it helps depends on your hand, grip, keybinds, and ability to distinguish buttons reliably.
Try the shape in person if possible. Razer says its Naga line is suited to medium-to-large hands and palm or claw grips; that is manufacturer guidance, not independent fit testing or a direct comfort comparison against the G600. If you cannot try them, prioritize return terms and the option that best matches your preferred control scheme.
