SEGA says you can carry Prologue Demo save data into the main game and continue with the same story and character status. The full game detects the demo save and offers the transfer option after launch. SEGA’s FAQ was updated October 7, 2024. Which platform combinations work?
Use the same platform and version for the demo and full game unless the publisher explicitly confirms another pairing. SEGA specifically says Xbox and Microsoft Store on PC support cross-save; that statement does not establish compatibility with every PC storefront or other platform pairing.

How to transfer the save
- Start the full game on the platform and version that match your demo save.
- When the game detects the save and offers to carry it over, choose the transfer option.
- If you do not see an offer after starting, check the title screen and select NEW GAME; ATLUS says the confirmation may appear there as well.
What if you dismissed the transfer prompt?
ATLUS’s October 13, 2024 notice describes a way to bring back the prompt: delete the full game’s system save data, then restart the game. The notice includes platform-specific instructions, and the consequences differ by platform; on some, this can delete all full-game saves. Before following its directions, read the ATLUS notice carefully and confirm exactly what data will be removed. Do not delete save data unless you understand and accept the risk of losing it.
