Yes, but the official support page lists a specific problem: players may be unable to find the last crystal in Ursula’s “A Deal with Ursula” quest. That does not establish that the entire quest is broken for everyone. What is the current “A Deal with Ursula” issue?
Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Known Quest Issues page lists the report: “The last crystal cannot be found in Ursula’s ‘A Deal with Ursula’ quest.” Its suggested next check is the spot highlighted in the page’s screenshot.
This is a live support listing for a missing-crystal symptom—not confirmation that every player is affected or that the whole quest is universally unplayable. The page does not promise that its screenshot will solve every case.
Missing a crystal or unable to place one?
These are different symptoms. The current support entry concerns finding the last crystal. Earlier official patch notes describe placement problems, including trouble putting the fourth crystal on its pedestal.

Those dated fixes document placement issues addressed in those updates. They do not establish that the currently listed missing-crystal report has been resolved, nor that all placement problems are impossible now.
What to do if the last crystal is missing
- Open the official Known Quest Issues page and compare your quest location with the spot highlighted in its screenshot.
- If the screenshot does not fit your situation, use the Help Center’s Support channel to report the issue. The Help Center says it monitors community reports and directs players to Support when their issue is not listed.
When contacting Support, describe whether you cannot find the crystal or cannot place it; the official notes treat these as distinct problems. Include the quest step and what happens when you interact with the relevant location or pedestal.

Does an older Dark Crystal fix apply?
Gameloft’s December 2022 Missions in Uncharted Space update notes mention a fix to Dark Crystal progression. That is a separate, older progression report; it does not establish a solution to the current “last crystal cannot be found” listing.
