When did Fallout come to Black Ops 7 and Warzone?
Activision announced Season 01 Reloaded on January 7, 2026, and scheduled its release across platforms for January 8 at 9 a.m. PT. Bethesda’s recap, published January 8, says the crossover began that day. The event was a mid-season update inside the existing games, not a separate Fallout release. Activision’s announcement and Bethesda’s recap describe its content, but neither establishes which limited-time activities or rewards are available now.

What Fallout content came to each mode?
Endgame: Deathclaw Hunt
Endgame received the Deathclaw Hunt World Event, bringing a Fallout-themed encounter into the mode.
Multiplayer: Fallout maps and modes
Activision listed S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem and The Ghouls among the Multiplayer content. It also included Vault Town, a Fallout-themed map variant. Bethesda described Vault Town as a retro-apocalyptic reworking of Nuketown and called its 24-player Infected variant “Ghoul Infection.” The sources use different names for the related Multiplayer content, so those labels are retained as each publisher described them.

Project RADS brought Fallout-themed content to Zombies.
Warzone: Power Armor Royale
Warzone received Power Armor Royale, a Fallout-themed mode. These additions sat within a broader Reloaded update that also featured other maps, events, challenges and items.

What rewards were in the Fallout event?
Free Event Pass track
The free track offered the Sturmwolf 45 SMG, the “Dweller” and “Wanderer” Operator skins, and additional rewards.
Premium Event Pass track
The premium track included The Ghoul and Maximus Operators, weapon blueprints and a finishing move. These were Event Pass rewards; they were separate from the Fallout store bundle.

Quantum Exchange and leaderboard rewards
In the Quantum Exchange Event, players collected bottle caps across modes to unlock the Hawker HX Sniper Rifle and Fallout-themed items: a weapon blueprint, calling card, charm, reticle, loading screen and finishing move. The separate Baron of the Wasteland event used a global leaderboard and offered tiered rewards.
Tracer Pack: Fallout store bundle
The Tracer Pack: Fallout was a separate store offering, not part of the free event rewards. It included “Lucy” and “Vault Lucy” Operator skins, three weapon blueprints, a HUD theme, a finishing move, a gun screen, a calling card and an emblem. Bethesda identifies Lucy as the leading heroine of the Fallout TV show. The official announcements do not state a price.

Did Fallout 76 players get a Call of Duty bonus?
Yes, but the promotion was time-limited. Bethesda said eligible Fallout 76 players could earn a Centurion Recruit Helmet by playing one match of Black Ops 7 or Warzone between January 12 and February 4, 2026. Players also had to opt in to Call of Duty marketing emails to receive a code, with delivery taking several days. That eligibility window has ended.

Access depended on the mode. Activision says a Black Ops 7 purchase provides access to Endgame, Multiplayer and Zombies, while Warzone is free to play. That distinction describes access to those games and modes; it does not mean the historical limited-time Fallout content is still active. The official announcement does not establish current availability of the event.
