What the Far Cry 3 60FPS update includes

Where Far Cry 3 Classic Edition is available
In a September 9, 2026 article, Ubisoft listed Far Cry 3 Classic Edition for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC through the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store, as well as through Ubisoft+. Ubisoft also announced a Nintendo Switch 2 release for Spring 2027. That Switch 2 release is separate from the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S 60FPS update announcement. What to expect when playing
Far Cry 3 is an open-world first-person shooter set on the fictional Rook Islands, where tourist Jason Brody fights to survive. Players can tailor their loadout and skills and choose approaches such as stealth or direct combat.
