The Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance Database describes Doshaguma as a rugged, territorial, aggressive Fanged Beast that inhabits a wide range. It may be seen in packs, but a pack is not guaranteed in every encounter. “Forest Doshaguma” is a location-based way to refer to ordinary Doshaguma in the Scarlet Forest, not a separately confirmed variant.

The database lists three locales for Doshaguma: Windward Plains, Scarlet Forest, and Ruins of Wyveria. Its entry covers ordinary Doshaguma; it does not establish details about Guardian Doshaguma.
What is Doshaguma weak to?
The Ascendance Database rates fire and thunder most favorably among the listed elements. It rates water and ice lower and does not mark dragon as an effective option. These are the database’s matchup ratings, not a universal equipment prescription: weapon, build, quest conditions, and game updates can affect what works best for an individual hunt.

Where should you attack Doshaguma?
The database’s hitzone information identifies the head and forelegs as relatively favorable targets compared with several other listed parts. It also notes that the stomach is exposed when Doshaguma rises onto its hind legs, creating another possible opening.
Wounds expose weak points, according to the guide, but attacking them can make Doshaguma more aggressive. Take advantage of exposed openings only with room to react to a counterattack.

The database’s guide recommends using terrain traps such as rocks and vines. If a pack is interfering with a separate hunt, it also suggests dung pods or large dung pods. These are guide recommendations; pack interference is a possibility, not a feature of every Doshaguma encounter.
What materials does Doshaguma drop?
The Ascendance Database lists the following carve rewards and rates. They are guide data, so check the current game version if you need an exact drop chance for a particular hunt.
