Fortnite’s Fallout crossover arrived with Chapter 5 Season 3: Wrecked, which began May 24, 2024. It brought the T-60 Power Armor Outfit to the season’s Battle Pass, Nuka-Cola as an in-game healing item, and additional Fallout-themed digital cosmetics. The announcements document the season’s 2024 launch content; they do not confirm whether these items are obtainable now.
What Fallout items came to Fortnite?
The crossover combined Battle Pass cosmetics, items Bethesda said players could watch for in the Shop, and a gameplay consumable. These were digital Fortnite items, not physical armor or a real Nuka-Cola beverage.
Battle Pass cosmetics
- T-60 Power Armor Outfit: Epic identified the outfit as part of the Chapter 5 Season 3 Battle Pass. Bethesda described three variants.
- Pip-Boy back bling: Bethesda described this wearable cosmetic as animated and responsive to in-game activity.
Other Fallout cosmetics
Bethesda also listed Codsworth as an emote, Vault Boy emoticons, a Power Armor spray, and a Vault Boy back bling to watch for in the Shop. The announcements do not establish their current availability.
Nuka-Cola gameplay item
Unlike the cosmetics, Nuka-Cola had an in-game effect: Epic said it restores some Health and then some Shield over time. The announcement does not give a numerical restoration amount in the cited description.

When did the crossover launch?
The Fallout content accompanied Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3: Wrecked, which launched May 24, 2024. Bethesda’s announcement about the crossover followed on May 29, 2024. Epic’s season announcement introduced Wrecked’s wasteland setting and gameplay, while Bethesda’s announcement outlined the Fallout cosmetics.
Can you get the Fortnite Fallout items now?
The official announcements describe what was included or promoted around the 2024 season launch; they do not establish whether any item is currently available through the Battle Pass or Shop. Because the Battle Pass content belonged to a past season and Shop availability can change, check Fortnite’s current in-game listings rather than assuming the items can still be obtained.
