Citlali’s Home is a named point of interest in the Tezcatepetonco Range in Natlan. Players identified it by matching scenery in Citlali’s character teaser to the game world. Community directions place it near the southern edge of the map, but they are approximate rather than official coordinates.
Where is Citlali’s house?
HoYoDex lists Citlali’s Home among the points of interest in the Tezcatepetonco Range, an area of Natlan. HoYoWiki also lists the range among Natlan’s areas and the Masters of the Night-Wind among the region’s tribes (HoYoLAB HoYoWiki: Natlan).
For a rough in-game search, a player discussion dated December 25, 2024, describes the home as near the southern map edge, below a central waypoint and close to water (Reddit discussion). Treat that as community guidance, not a precise or guaranteed route.
How players found the location
A December 27, 2024, report says players matched the landscape in Citlali’s character teaser to Natlan. In the brief scene, Citlali is reading beside a partly open door; the view beyond it gave players clues to the setting. The report places the home south of the Masters of the Night-Wind area (GAMELADE’s report).

A HoYoLAB user post dated January 10, 2025, says completing Citlali’s story quest allows players to enter the house (HoYoLAB user post). That is a player-reported unlock condition, not an access requirement independently confirmed by the location references. If the house is inaccessible, completing her story quest is the community-suggested step to try.
