Genshin Impact Version 5.8 had two Event Wish phases: Ineffa and Citlali were featured in Phase I, followed by Mualani and Chasca in Phase II. Both historical schedule sources place the phase change on August 19, 2025, and the end of Phase II on September 9. They disagree about whether Phase I began July 29 or July 30, so the opening date is best treated as uncertain.
Version 5.8 is over. The available schedule guide was updated August 17, 2026, and its listings end September 1, 2026; it cannot establish which banners are current or next on October 8, 2026. Check the live in-game notices for those time-sensitive banners.
Version 5.8 character banner schedule
The Version 5.8 character Event Wishes ran in two phases. The schedule below reflects the detailed historical guide; the Phase I start date remains disputed.

The schedule guide gives July 29 as Phase I’s opening date, while the Wish History listing gives July 30. Both sources agree on the August 19 transition and September 9 end date. No region-specific opening times are established here, so these are dates only.

The Version 5.8 schedule does not answer that live-banner question: its phases took place in 2025, and the available guide does not list banners beyond September 1, 2026. For the current or next Event Wish, use the notices in Genshin Impact rather than extrapolating from an old schedule.
Is Chronicled Wish part of the Version 5.8 banner list?
Chronicled Wish is a separate wish type, not one of the ordinary Event Wishes listed for Version 5.8. HoYoverse’s Chronicled Wish FAQ says wish count carries over between Chronicled Wish appearances, while Chronicled Path Fate Points reset. Those rules should not be confused with the historical character and weapon banners above.
