Genshin Impact Version 4.6 launched on April 24, 2024, under the title “Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fades.” HoYoverse’s announcement confirmed Arlecchino and Lyney in the first half of its Event Wishes, followed by Wanderer and Baizhu; it also detailed a new region, bosses and limited-time events. Those are historical details, not current banner or event availability. The official announcement confirms what was planned for the update, but it does not provide a claim-by-claim audit of rumors and leaks that circulated before launch.

What Genshin Impact 4.6 rumors and leaks can be confirmed?

The clearest way to separate fact from rumor is to treat the official Version 4.6 preview as confirmation of the content HoYoverse announced—not as proof that every earlier leak was accurate. The accessible official coverage does not identify individual leak posts or compare their claims with the finished update, so a reliable rumor-by-rumor verdict cannot be drawn from it.

HoYoverse announced Version 4.6 on April 12, 2024, and said it would arrive April 24. In the PlayStation Blog preview, Zhenzhong Yi, HoYoverse Studio Technical Director, wrote: “Today we are excited to announce that Genshin Impact ‘s version 4.6 Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fades is arriving on April 24.”

That announcement supports the release date, version subtitle and feature details below. It does not establish whether any particular pre-release rumor was right or wrong. To evaluate a specific leak, readers would need its original post and date alongside the official announcement; the available official coverage is not a complete leak ledger.

What banners were in Genshin Impact 4.6?

The announced Event Wish order was Arlecchino and Lyney in the first half, then Wanderer and Baizhu in the second half. The first-half weapon offering also included the five-star polearm Crimson Moon’s Semblance. These were limited-time offerings in 2024; the announcement does not establish present-day availability.

Version 4.6 period Announced characters Notable detail
First half Arlecchino and Lyney Crimson Moon’s Semblance was announced for the first half.
Second half Wanderer and Baizhu The preview named both characters for the second half.

Arlecchino’s announcement covered two distinct roles: she was introduced as a playable five-star Pyro polearm character and as The Knave, a weekly boss. Her combat kit centers on Bond of Life, an effect that prevents healing until a target receives healing equal to the active Bond of Life. Arlecchino applies it to herself to strengthen her attacks. Her Elemental Skill applies Blood-Debt Directives; her Charged Attack can absorb those directives to increase her Bond of Life, and her Elemental Burst heals her. The preview describes her Burst as her only in-combat healing route because of her unique Talent.

Who was the new boss in 4.6?

Version 4.6 introduced two notable encounters, but they serve different purposes: The Knave is a weekly Trounce Domain boss, while Legatus Golem is a boss enemy in the newly added area.

The Knave: weekly Trounce Domain challenge

The official preview described a fight built around Bond of Life and Blood-Debt mechanics. Healing through the effect and repaying Blood-Debt Directives could enhance the player’s Charged Attacks; later phases reveal The Knave’s crimson bone wings. Players at Adventure Rank 40 or higher could use Quick Challenge from the Adventure Handbook, or reach the encounter through Arlecchino’s Story Quest.

Legatus Golem: boss in the Faded Castle

Legatus Golem is a centaur-shaped boss found in the Faded Castle, in the Sea of Bygone Eras. That location places it within the update’s new exploration area, rather than making it the weekly Trounce Domain boss.

What new area came with Version 4.6?

The update opened Petrichor and the underwater Sea of Bygone Eras, where the story explores Remuria, an ancient kingdom ruled by King Remus. HoYoverse’s preview described a talking cat, a sunken castle and musical soundwaves used with creatures and mechanisms. The Faded Castle and Legatus Golem are part of this new-area experience.

What events came with Version 4.6?

Iridescent Arataki Rockin’ for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness

Organized by Arataki Itto and Dvorak, the music-tour event included playing instruments, collecting items and restoring melodies by filling in missing notes. Its announced rewards and attractions included the Nightwind Horn instrument and a chance to watch Itto perform. The event’s story honored a brave puppy that saves other creatures on the battlefield.

Windtrace: Seekers and Strategy

Windtrace returned with two highlighted mechanics: captured Rebels were held briefly in a Surveillance Zone, and Rebels could repair a Signaling Device as an additional objective. HoYoverse published a Version 4.6 Events Preview – Phase I on April 22, 2024, but its accessible information does not establish a complete event schedule or all reward conditions. No dates or reward details beyond those announced should be inferred from that preview.
