Fallout: London uses Fallout 4’s in-game console, but commands and IDs are not guaranteed to work identically across every installation. Before using one, make a separate save; use the command groups below as examples, then verify item and quest IDs in your own game.
How to open the console in Fallout: London
Press ~ to open the console. On some UK keyboards, @ may be the relevant key; the key can vary with keyboard layout. If neither works, check your layout and the key that produces the console character in your setup. The guides reviewed do not establish one key that works for every keyboard.
Find an item or quest ID before using it
Use the console’s help search to look up a name. The command guide describes the format as help [name] 0-4: search type 0 searches everything, while 1 through 4 narrow the categories. For example, it gives help Antibiotics 0 as an item search; Pro Game Guides gives help Lewis 4 as another example.
When the console returns an item code, use it in the item command as player.additem [item ID] [number]. For example, the structure is player.additem [your item ID] 1 to add one item. Replace the bracketed text with the code returned in your game. Pro Game Guides cautions that codes may differ according to how Fallout: London was installed, so do not assume an ID found in another player’s list matches yours.

What to do if a command causes a problem
Bethesda Support describes Fallout 4’s console as primarily a debugging tool and says console commands are unsupported. It warns that they may break quests, fast travel, or AI. Bethesda’s recommended recovery is to load an earlier save. Keep an untouched save from before experimenting so you can return to it if the game’s state becomes unreliable.
For the specific question of compatibility, the available guides differ in command coverage and key advice, and they do not verify every listed command on one current Fallout: London build. Pro Game Guides also notes that some Fallout 4 commands may not work as expected in the mod. Treat this as a practical reference rather than an official or exhaustive command specification.
