First identify where the reward came from: Twitch Drops must be claimed in Twitch Inventory, Ubisoft Connect cross-ownership rewards use the Rewards tile, and some Twitch Streamer charms and seasonal Ranked rewards arrive automatically. The campaign or reward’s own rules determine eligibility, deadlines, and delivery times.
Claim a Rainbow Six Siege Twitch Drop
For a Twitch Drop, link your Twitch and Ubisoft accounts before watching, watch a stream eligible for that campaign for the required time, then claim the earned reward in Twitch Inventory. Ubisoft says claimed Drops should then be waiting in-game. Follow the active campaign’s instructions for eligible channels, watch-time thresholds, reward contents, and deadlines; these vary by event. - Link the Twitch account you will use to the Ubisoft account you use for Rainbow Six Siege.
- Watch an eligible Rainbow Six Siege stream for the campaign’s stated requirement.
- Open Twitch Inventory to check your progress and earned rewards.
- Select Claim for the reward before that campaign’s claim window closes.
- Launch Siege and check your in-game inventory after the claim is processed.
Deadlines are campaign-specific. For example, Ubisoft’s BLAST R6 Stage 1 2026 guide required manual claiming in Twitch Inventory and allowed 24 hours after each campaign ended to claim; Ubisoft said delivery typically took up to 48 hours after the campaign. Those timings apply to that event, not all Drops.
Check whether the reward is automatic
Twitch Streamer charms
Ubisoft Help says you need linked Twitch and Ubisoft accounts and must subscribe to a participating streamer under the applicable program. Once unlocked, the charm is added automatically to your in-game inventory and may take up to 24 hours to appear, according to Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege support guidance, updated October 6, 2026.

Seasonal Ranked rewards
Ubisoft says Ranked rewards are granted at the beginning of the next season, based on the highest Rank achieved. They may take up to 48 hours to appear. A temporary ban on the Ubisoft account makes a player ineligible for that season’s rewards.
Claim Ubisoft Connect cross-ownership rewards
For the specific Rainbow Six Extraction and Siege cross-ownership offer documented by Ubisoft, launch both games at least once and sign in to the same Ubisoft account, with the relevant platform accounts linked to it. Then use Ubisoft Connect PC or the in-game overlay:

- Open the game page in Ubisoft Connect PC or open the in-game overlay.
- Select Rewards.
- Choose the eligible reward and select Get it.
- Check the game’s inventory for the claimed item.
These steps and eligibility conditions apply to that named offer, not every promotion. Ubisoft notes that players who already own some or all of the listed Siege Operators do not receive additional content for those items. Consult Ubisoft Help for the offer’s details.
Redeem a code from a reward campaign
Some campaigns may issue a code rather than deliver an item through Twitch Inventory or Ubisoft Connect. In one historical TikTok Game Rewards campaign, viewers claimed through TikTok’s livestream interface, received a code, and redeemed it on Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege code redemption site while signed in. The campaign is over, so treat it only as an example of a possible process; check the current campaign announcement for active dates, redemption instructions, and expiry details. Why a reward may not appear
- It needs a manual claim: Twitch Drops are not complete until you claim them in Twitch Inventory during the campaign’s claim window.
- The reward is still processing: Some automatic deliveries take time. Check the specific reward’s stated timing before troubleshooting.
- Your accounts are not linked correctly: Confirm the Twitch and Ubisoft accounts, or the platform and Ubisoft accounts, are the ones you actually use for Siege.
- You have not met the campaign’s conditions: Recheck eligible channels, required viewing time, subscription conditions, and campaign dates.
- The offer has special eligibility rules: For cross-ownership rewards, the documented Extraction/Siege offer requires launching both games and using the same linked Ubisoft account.
- The game needs an update: For missing Ranked rewards, Ubisoft recommends updating the game and checking platform-account linking.
- You are ineligible for Ranked rewards: Ubisoft says a temporary Ubisoft-account ban disqualifies a player from that season’s rewards.
