If you mean the exact public server instance you left, Roblox’s documented player support does not offer a history list or guarantee a way to return to it. If someone from that server is still playing, you can try joining their current experience; if it was a private server you belong to, look for it on the experience’s Servers section.
First, identify which server you want to rejoin

Join someone who is still playing
- Search for the Roblox username of someone from the server, or open that person’s profile.
- Check whether Join Experience is available on the search result or profile.
- Select it to join their current experience, provided the person allows others to follow them and you have permission.
Roblox Support says the option appears when a user is “currently in an experience and is allowing people to follow them.” This is a supported way to reach that person’s current session, not a way to select a particular server instance.
Return to a private server you belong to
- Open the experience’s page on Roblox.
- Scroll to Servers.
- Look under Private Servers for a server you created or joined, then select it to enter.
If the server is missing, confirm that you are still a member and that the creator has enabled private servers. Private-server access and entry are also controlled by the creator’s settings. Roblox notes that private servers may have a creator-set Robux price and recurring monthly billing; that is separate from recovering a public server you left. If you cannot see a join option
Roblox visibility settings control whether other people can see someone’s current experience and whether they can join. Available choices can vary by age and region. Ask the player to check their visibility and in-experience join settings, and check your own privacy settings as well. Roblox Support: Online Status and Visibility.

If Roblox shows Error 524
Error 524 typically indicates that you do not have permission to enter the experience or private server. Start by checking whether the owner has added you or enabled access for friends, and whether the private-server settings allow you to join. If permissions appear correct, Roblox also recommends checking availability and trying app, device, or network troubleshooting, such as restarting or updating Roblox. Roblox Support: Error Code 524.

If the public instance has ended, there may be no active instance left to rejoin. Pressing Play starts or joins an available server; it is not a documented way to restore the exact server you left. Roblox Creator Hub describes creators migrating players from outdated servers to replacement servers during a managed restart, but that is a creator update workflow—not a player-accessible server history or recovery feature.
