Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.0, “No Aha at Full Moon,” was announced to launch on February 13, 2026. That date has passed, so there is no live countdown. HoYoverse’s announcement and Special Program confirm the calendar date, but the official sources cited here do not establish an exact global launch hour or regional maintenance-completion times.
When did Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.0 release?
HoYoverse announced that Version 4.0 would arrive on February 13, 2026. Its English title is “No Aha at Full Moon.” The date was also repeated in the official Version 4.0 Special Program, and the PlayStation Blog published a corroborating announcement on February 6, 2026.
Because February 13, 2026 is in the past, a countdown to the update’s release is no longer applicable. The confirmed date is a calendar date, not a verified time of day.
What was the exact start time?
The official sources cited here confirm February 13, 2026, but do not give a precise universal launch hour or a complete schedule of maintenance completion by server region. They therefore do not support converting the announced date into a specific UTC or local time. This is a limit of the sources cited here, not evidence that no separate schedule notice was ever published.

Why might availability differ from the announced date?
Three timings are easy to conflate:
- Announced release date: the calendar day HoYoverse gave for Version 4.0—February 13, 2026.
- Server region and timezone: a calendar date may be experienced differently depending on a player’s local timezone.
- Maintenance completion: the time a particular server becomes accessible after maintenance. The sources cited here do not establish exact regional completion times.
For the official date and update overview, see HoYoverse’s Version 4.0 announcement and the Version 4.0 Special Program. The PlayStation Blog announcement also gives the February 13 date.

HoYoverse’s announcement introduced Planarcadia as a new world and the Phantasmoon Games as a central activity. It also highlighted new companions Yao Guang and Sparxie, returning limited five-star characters, new events, character enhancements, login rewards, and updates to Currency Wars and Divergent Universe. These details provide context for the update, but do not establish a more precise launch time.
