First, sign in to the Supercell ID linked to your old farm using the email associated with it. If the farm was never linked, or that login does not restore it, contact Supercell Support through Hay Day or its official contact form. Recovery is not guaranteed; accurate account details help Support identify the farm.
Choose the recovery route that matches your farm

Try Supercell ID first
Open Hay Day and use the Supercell ID menu to sign in with the account connected to the old farm. If the farm has Account Protection enabled, Supercell says SMS verification or a recovery code can be used to verify your identity when contacting Support. Keep verification and recovery codes private; enter them only through official Supercell channels.
Contact Support if you cannot restore the farm
From inside Hay Day
- Open Hay Day and tap Settings.
- Choose Help and Support.
- Tap the contact button in the top-right corner.
Menu wording can vary by app version or language. Use the corresponding settings and support options if the labels differ. Supercell’s support instructions describe this route.
If you cannot open in-game Support
Use the official Hay Day Contact Form, which offers an option to continue without logging in. If the farm was not linked to Supercell ID, Supercell says Support may still be able to help; its stated recovery process creates a Supercell ID, so have an email address ready.

Prepare details that help identify the farm
Supercell asks for as much accurate information as possible when Account Protection is not enabled. Gather the details below before contacting Support, and do not guess at answers.
- Player ID or Player Tag
- Farm/account name and account level
- Neighborhood name, if the farm belonged to one
- Transaction IDs for purchases made on that account
Send transaction IDs and other sensitive account information only through official Support channels. Do not post them publicly or share account credentials, verification codes, or recovery codes.

Find your Player Tag
In Hay Day, tap Social, then Friend Book. The Player Tag appears below the search bar. If you are locked out, ask an in-game friend to open the old farm’s profile. You can also check the Friends list on another account or the member list of a shared neighborhood. A Player Tag helps Support locate the farm, but Supercell says it is not enough by itself to prove ownership. See Supercell’s Player Tag guidance.
On Android, check which Google Play account is selected
If Hay Day opens a different farm than expected, the selected Google Play account may be associated with a different farm. Confirm that Google Play is using the account connected to the farm you want, then restart Hay Day and load the farm associated with that account. A farm’s return is not guaranteed. Provide only information you know to be accurate and respond to Support through its official channels.
