To investigate the bottom of Gallo Tower in Vampire Survivors, travel south until the tower’s surroundings grow dark and the music changes. Search that lower area for Leda, then defeat her to unlock the character. You do not need to find the stage’s hidden coffin for this objective.
How to reach the bottom of Gallo Tower
- Start a run in Gallo Tower.
- Travel south. Keep moving through the stage and watch for the shift into a darker area, accompanied by a change in music.
- Search the dark lower area for Leda. Treat the lighting and music as signs you have reached the right region; the encounter is not tied to a fixed coordinate in the available guidance.
- Defeat Leda. The encounter can take time because she has substantial health. Defeating her completes the character unlock.
The objective is to reach and defeat Leda, not to arrive at a literal floor or wall. Gallo Tower continues beyond the encounter, but Leda is the meaningful endpoint for this unlock.
What to know before the Leda encounter
No particular character or build is established as mandatory. A secondary guide suggests using a fast character and offers weapon and build ideas, but these are optional preparation advice, not stated unlock requirements. The same guide’s estimate of a 5–10 minute descent is not corroborated, so do not rely on it as a fixed completion time.
Is the hidden coffin the bottom objective?
No. Gallo Tower has a separate hidden room entered through a mirror, where a coffin associated with Concetta Caciotta can be found. That coffin is not part of the Leda route: to investigate the bottom for this unlock, go south and defeat Leda. Gallo Tower’s coffin is documented in the game’s patch history from Patch 0.5.2, dated May 8, 2022.
