To complete the Berry Picking Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong, collect three Mossberries in Moss Grotto and bring them to the Moss Druid in Mosshome. The high berry requires a pogo jump off a flying enemy, and another is hidden behind a passage near the Druid. You do not need all seven Mossberries for the Wish.
Where to start Berry Picking
Find the Moss Druid in Mosshome: the Druid gives the Berry Picking Wish and accepts the berries when you return. The route described by Gamer Guides’ walkthrough reaches the Druid after you break silk barriers with Silkspear.
The Bone Bottom Wishwall is reported to become active after defeating Bell Beast, but that does not establish Bell Beast as a universal requirement for speaking to the Moss Druid. If you encounter the Druid directly, use that interaction to begin and turn in the task.
The three Mossberries for the Wish
All three required berries are in the early Moss Grotto area. The Nintendo Life location guide and Gamer Guides walkthrough describe the pickups as follows:

1. Elevated berry in the starting area
Look in the early Moss Grotto section for a berry hanging in an elevated corner near the top of the room. Reach the upper part of the room and strike it to collect it.
2. High berry near the Moss Mother approach
In the large eastern room near the approach to Moss Mother, the berry hangs above ordinary jump reach. Use a nearby flying enemy as a temporary platform: jump onto it, then attack downward to pogo and gain height. From that extra lift, strike the berry. A normal jump alone is not enough according to the walkthrough.

3. Berry in the hidden passage near the Moss Druid
Near the Druid’s room, leave and descend to find a concealed passage. Explore inside and defeat the bug with a glowing mouth; it drops the Mossberry. This is easy to miss if you follow only the main route.
Return to the Druid and claim the reward
Once you have three Mossberries, go back to the Moss Druid and hand them over to complete Berry Picking. The reward is Druid’s Eye, a charm that restores some Silk when its wearer takes damage, as described in the Mossberry item reference and the two walkthroughs.

Do you need all seven Mossberries?
No. Three complete Berry Picking. The broader Mossberry collection contains seven items across Moss Grotto, Bone Bottom, Weavenest Atla, and Memorium; gathering the remaining four is optional for this Wish. The full-set route extends beyond the early quest, including a later Memorium pickup that Nintendo Life says requires Double Jump. The item reference also notes that a Bone Bottom carrier may move one room east in Act 3.
The Mossberry item reference reports that giving the full set to the Druid upgrades Druid’s Eye to Druid’s Eyes. Sources differ on berry sale values, so this guide does not give a Rosary payout.
