The Young & Wise event ran from December 10 to December 14, 2024, and is no longer live. While it was active, its two Collection Challenges asked players to hatch four named Pokémon and catch four others. Niantic has not announced a return, so these steps describe how the event worked, not tasks you can complete now.

When did the event run, and is it still available?
Niantic’s official event announcement set the window for Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. through Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., local time. That window has passed. The sources do not establish that Young & Wise will return, so its Collection Challenges should not be treated as currently available unless Niantic brings them back in a future event.
