To claim a Ubisoft Connect reward in a supported game, open Ubisoft Connect from the game’s main menu, go to Rewards, select the item, then choose Get it. Ubisoft says unlocked rewards should be available in-game the next time you launch the game. Other Ubisoft benefits use different steps: challenge payouts require Collect, while Wallet rewards are claimed through Wallet management.
Claim an in-game Ubisoft Connect reward
- Open a game that supports Ubisoft Connect rewards.
- Open Ubisoft Connect from the game’s main menu, then select Rewards.

Rewards bought with Units
Open the game page or Ubisoft Connect overlay and check its Rewards listing. Choose an available item and follow the redemption action displayed there. The reward selection and Unit costs can change, so use the current listing rather than assuming a remembered cost. Ubisoft Help
Completed challenges
Open Challenges in Ubisoft Connect, find the completed task under Time-Limited or Core, and select Collect. This collects a completed challenge payout; it is not the same as spending Units on an item. Time-Limited Challenges may award experience, currency, or items, while Core Challenges award experience. Ubisoft+ monthly rewards
Ubisoft+ monthly rewards are a subscription benefit, separate from ordinary Connect rewards. A Ubisoft Store FAQ for Southeast Asia says eligible Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers can open Ubisoft Connect in a game, go to Rewards, choose an item, and select Get it; it says Ubisoft+ Classics is not included. The FAQ lists monthly limits of one reward at Bronze, two at Silver, three at Gold, and four at Platinum. What to check if a reward is missing
- No Rewards tab: The game may not support Ubisoft Connect rewards. A missing tab by itself does not mean your account has an unclaimed reward. Ubisoft Help
- Reward not showing across platforms: Ubisoft says linking your Ubisoft account with the relevant platform account is needed to access rewards across multiple platforms. Ubisoft Help
- Units have not posted: Ubisoft’s US loyalty terms say Units may take up to 48 hours to appear after an eligible action. If they remain missing, contact Ubisoft Support promptly; Ubisoft may ask for documentation. Eligibility and program details can differ by country, and earning actions and rewards may change, so check the terms for your account region and the live reward listing.
