Does this unlock every Arcadion division?
“A New Challenger Appears” starts the Arcadion questline; it is not the name of a particular later division. The Cruiserweight Division, for example, is later Arcadion content identified in the official Patch 7.2 Notes. If you are looking for access to a specific division, continue the Arcadion progression until its own quest and requirements become available.
