Does the Man of Honor expansion add chapters?
Yes. 2K’s announcement says the Man of Honor expansion, available worldwide from August 14, 2026, adds two story chapters set in 1905 Sicily. It is an expansion rather than part of the base-game count; Steam lists it as requiring the base game (2K announcement; Steam listing).
How many chapters are there with the expansion?
Counting the base game’s 15 chapters and the expansion’s two additional story chapters gives 17 story chapters altogether. That total is the sum of the separately reported counts, not a separately stated total from the publisher.
