You can play Clash Royale on BlueStacks 5 if the game is available in the Google Play Store or BlueStacks Store in your setup. Install BlueStacks, sign in to Google Play, install the game, then use the Game controls menu to inspect or customize keyboard controls. If you want Supercell’s documented Windows PC option instead, Google Play Games is a separate route.
Install Clash Royale on BlueStacks 5

Download and install BlueStacks 5 from the official BlueStacks website, then launch it.

On the BlueStacks home screen, open System apps, select Play Store, and sign in to your Google account.

Search the Play Store for Clash Royale. If the game is listed for your account, device configuration, and region, select Install. BlueStacks says the app icon appears on the home screen after installation completes. You can also use the BlueStacks Store if the game is offered there. Follow BlueStacks’ app installation instructions.

Open Clash Royale from the BlueStacks home screen and start the game. Availability in a store is not guaranteed for every region or BlueStacks configuration.
View or change keyboard controls
BlueStacks does not establish a universal Clash Royale keyboard layout in its control documentation, so check the controls shown in your installed version rather than relying on a preset map from another setup.

Inspect the current controls

With the game open, click the Game controls icon in the BlueStacks side toolbar.

Use the menu to show or hide on-screen control labels, choose an available control scheme, or open the Controls editor. BlueStacks explains these options in its Game controls menu guide.

Remap a key or add a control
In the Controls editor, click an existing control and press the key you want to assign, then save your changes. To build a different layout, create a new profile and place controls such as Tap spot on the game screen. BlueStacks’ controls editor guide covers editing and creating profiles. The guide says Ctrl + Shift + Q switches schemes in the latest BlueStacks version; confirm the shortcut in your own version before relying on it.
Check BlueStacks requirements if installation or launch fails
BlueStacks lists minimum requirements of an Intel or AMD processor, administrator access, at least 4 GB of RAM, 5 GB of free storage, and up-to-date graphics drivers. Its requirements page says the latest BlueStacks version requires Windows 10 or above; it also describes older BlueStacks versions for Windows 7 or 8. Check the BlueStacks 5 system requirements for the full requirements and recommendations.

If Clash Royale does not appear in the Play Store

Confirm you are signed in to the Google account you intend to use, then search the store listing again.

Check the BlueStacks version and the listing shown in your own store environment. The documented generic installation steps do not establish that Clash Royale is listed in every region or supported by every configuration.

Prefer Google Play or the BlueStacks Store where the game is available. BlueStacks documents APK installation, but that does not verify the safety or legitimacy of APKs from third-party sites.
If controls do not work as expected

Open Game controls and confirm controls are enabled.

Show the on-screen labels to identify available mappings, or select another scheme offered in your version.

Open the Controls editor to change or add assignments, then save the profile.

BlueStacks or Google Play Games on Windows?
Supercell documents Google Play Games as a Windows PC way to play Clash Royale. It says that version uses the Android game, supports mouse controls and optimized graphics, and can sync with the mobile version. This is a separate PC route, not a BlueStacks mode. The two routes differ in how they are installed and what control options are documented; the available information does not establish an overall performance winner.
