To open Roblox Studio’s Command Bar, select Script > Command Bar, or use Window > Script > Command Bar. The documented shortcuts are Ctrl+9 on Windows and Command+9 on Mac. The bar runs Luau code outside scripts.
Open the Command Bar from Studio’s menus

In Roblox Studio, open the Script tab and select Command Bar.

Alternatively, use Window > Script > Command Bar.
Roblox’s Studio interface documentation lists both locations.
Use the keyboard shortcut
Press Ctrl+9 on Windows or Command+9 on Mac to toggle the bar. If the shortcut does not work in your customized Studio setup, open it through a menu or check File > Customize Shortcuts.

What the Command Bar does
The Command Bar lets you execute Luau code outside of scripts. You can use the basic bar without enabling a beta feature. Roblox separately describes optional multiline editing, command history, saved commands, and script-editor integration under File > Beta Features > Multi-line Command Bar. With multiline input, run code using the Run button or Ctrl+Enter on Windows and Command+Enter on Mac. See Roblox’s Studio interface documentation for the feature details.

How it differs from the Developer Console
The in-game Developer Console is a separate debugging surface with its own Command Bar control and client/server views. Server output is visible only to the game owner or group members with editing permission. If you are troubleshooting through the console rather than Studio’s interface, consult the Developer Console documentation.
