To link Twitch to Rocket League, connect your Epic Games account to Twitch through Rocket League’s official Competitive page. Choose Link Now, sign in to the Twitch account you want to use, then select Authorize. Linking makes you eligible for qualifying Fan Rewards; you still need to watch a participating stream and meet that campaign’s requirements.
How to link Twitch to Rocket League
- Open the official Rocket League Competitive page.
- Select Link Now and follow the prompts to connect your Epic Games account to Twitch.
- When asked, sign in to the Twitch account you want associated with your Rocket League rewards.
- Select Authorize to approve the connection.
Epic Games Support describes the process this way: “Click the Link Now button and follow the prompts to connect your Epic Games account to your Twitch Account. You will be asked to log in to your Twitch account.” The authorization connects the accounts; it does not automatically grant every available reward.

What linking does—and what you must do to earn rewards
Linking is required for eligible Twitch Fan Rewards, but you also have to watch a qualifying broadcast for the time specified by its campaign. Requirements and eligible streams can vary. Epic Games Support identifies official RLCS and CRL broadcasts as Fan Rewards streams and notes that selected third-party broadcasts may also have rewards enabled. Check the event announcement and the stream’s Twitch panel rather than assuming every Rocket League broadcast qualifies. Use Twitch’s account panel to track campaign progress.
For example, a Rocket League announcement dated February 18, 2026, instructed viewers to connect Epic Games to Twitch for Twitch Drops during the RLCS Boston Major. Those instructions applied to that event; they do not guarantee that future campaigns will use the same platforms, schedule, or viewing requirements. Eligibility and where rewards go
Epic Games Support currently says players over age 13 can link Twitch accounts and participate in Fan Rewards. Your account circumstances may affect applicable requirements.
Rewards are granted to your main Rocket League account, typically the device where you play most often. Twitch notifies you when you earn a reward, and the item is added to your in-game inventory the next time you log in.

How to unlink Twitch from Epic Games
- Open your Epic Games account settings.
- Choose Linked Accounts, then Accounts.
- Find Twitch, select Unlink, and confirm.
Epic Games Support says you can relink from the same page if you want to connect again.
