You can’t summon the real Herobrine in unmodified Minecraft Bedrock Edition: the game does not document Herobrine as a vanilla entity. The /summon command can create entities that Bedrock provides, but it cannot summon a character that isn’t in the game. A renamed mob can only imitate Herobrine, and an add-on changes the no-mods premise.
Why /summon won’t create Herobrine
Minecraft’s official Bedrock command reference documents the game’s commands, while its commands guide demonstrates summoning an existing entity with /summon minecraft:zombie. These commands use an entity the game recognizes; the example does not mean you can substitute an unsupported character name. A current guide likewise identifies Herobrine as a myth, not an official Bedrock entity.

So there is no vanilla Bedrock command, command-block setup, or hidden summon method established by these sources that produces actual Herobrine. Videos or instructions claiming otherwise may rely on custom content, a staged effect, or a different edition.
What you can do instead
Make a lookalike with vanilla gameplay
You can use an existing mob as a role-play stand-in—for example, a zombie with a Herobrine-inspired name or appearance. That is only an imitation: it does not become Herobrine or gain Herobrine-specific behavior. The available official documentation does not establish a reliable complete Bedrock command recipe for this setup, so don’t assume Java Edition commands or NBT examples will work in Bedrock.

Use an add-on, if you drop the no-mods requirement
Third-party listings such as Become Herobrine and Herobrine – The Myth Returns advertise Herobrine-themed behavior; one listing describes manual summoning. Add-ons supply custom content, so they are not a way to summon Herobrine in vanilla Bedrock. Their features and compatibility can change; check the listing and your game version before installing.

This only applies if you want to use commands for a lookalike or other supported entity. Minecraft’s official guide says to enable Allow Cheats or Allow Commands in the world settings for single-player command use. In multiplayer, you also need sufficient permissions from the world or server operator. Enabling cheats may affect achievements for that world, as described in the game’s settings and command flow.
