To turn off tutorial prompts in World of Warcraft, open the game menu, go to Interface > Display, and uncheck Tutorials. If prompts keep appearing even though the box is already unchecked, turn it on, confirm the change, then return and turn it off again.
Turn off the Tutorials setting

Open the WoW menu and select Interface.

Open Display and find Tutorials in the right-hand column.

Uncheck Tutorials and confirm the change.
A later player report, checked in October 2025, gives the path as Gameplay > Interface > Display > Tutorials. Labels or layout may differ by client version, so search for “tutorials” in Interface settings if you cannot find the checkbox. These directions come from Blizzard-hosted community forum replies, not an official Blizzard support how-to: one reply describes the toggle and reset, and a later reply reports the menu location.
If tutorial prompts continue
If the setting appears off but prompts remain, check Tutorials, confirm, then uncheck it and confirm again. This reset was suggested by a player in the forum thread about turning off tutorial prompts. Another participant suggested entering /reload ui if toggling the option does not appear to take effect; treat that as a troubleshooting suggestion, not a guaranteed fix. Does this skip Exile’s Reach?
No. The setting controls tutorial prompts, such as reminders to check your bags or drag a spell to your action bar. The cited forum answers do not establish that disabling it skips Exile’s Reach or changes your character’s starting route.
