Spoiler warning: This late-game guide reveals the Orindian Ruins. To unlock the Throne Room floorplan, open Blackbridge Grotto, collect all three Microchips, then find the floorplan in the Orindian Ruins. It is added permanently to your draft pool, but becomes available to draft the following day, according to the Blue Prince community wiki.
Unlock the Throne Room floorplan
- Open Blackbridge Grotto and acquire all three Microchips. The community wiki lists these as prerequisites for accessing the Orindian Ruins.
- Explore the Orindian Ruins. Locate and discover the Throne Room floorplan there.
- Return on a later day to draft it. Finding the floorplan adds it permanently to the draft pool, but it does not become available to draft until the next day, according to the wiki’s Throne Room entry.
Unlocking the floorplan is not the same as reaching Room 46
Finding the Throne Room in the Orindian Ruins unlocks its floorplan; it does not open the route to Room 46. Room 46 is beyond the Antechamber’s north door, which is opened from the Underground, according to a Room 46 walkthrough and the Room 46 wiki page. Treat these as separate progression objectives.

What happens after the Throne Room transforms
The Throne Room can later transform into the Throne of the Blue Prince. Once that transformed room is in the estate, drafting blueprints for eight consecutive picks unlocks the blue-sealed doors permanently. Drafting a non-blue room resets the streak, according to the community wiki. This eight-blueprint condition applies to the sealed doors, not to discovering or adding the Throne Room floorplan.
