Epic’s free-games page describes its weekly giveaway program, but the retrieved page did not identify Human Resource Machine as a current offer. A past giveaway does not make the game free to claim now: a December 2023 community discussion is historical, not confirmation of today’s Epic offer.
What kind of game is Human Resource Machine?

Data moves through an inbox and outbox, while floor slots act as storage. You build a sequence of drag-and-drop commands for the worker to follow.
