How to complete Tribal Vengeance
- Speak with Servi to receive the Tribal Vengeance task. The prompt recorded by PoE2DB asks you to slay Ignagduk and free the spirits of stolen children.
- Find Ignagduk at Gor-gor Mog in The Azak Bog and defeat her.
- Pick up Ignagduk’s Ghastly Spear after the encounter. It is the quest item to bring back to Servi.
- Return to Servi and claim the quest reward. The community sources do not agree on its exact form: one describes a flask, while other listings describe a choice of magic-rarity charm. Check the reward shown in your current game version rather than assuming the two descriptions are interchangeable.
What to expect in the fight
The boss entry lists Ignagduk as dealing physical and fire damage, with fire resistance and a weakness to cold. That makes cold damage a useful option if your character can use it, but the available information does not establish a required level or a universally best build.

- Flight and charge: She flies around, leaving bone structures, then charges with a thrust. Keep moving and be ready to dodge the approach.
- Bone spikes: Red ground circles mark delayed eruptions of bone spikes. Leave the marked area before the attack lands.
- Flame tunnel: A funnel of flame constrains your movement before a burst. Move out of its path instead of waiting inside it.
- Intersecting flame rows: Watch for the gaps between rows and reposition as the pattern develops.
- Tracking flame beam: Keep moving to avoid being caught by the beam as it follows you.
- Fireballs: Fireballs travel toward Ignagduk before she sends them outward. Avoid the outbound pattern rather than assuming their first direction is their final one.
Preparation that helps
- Use fire resistance if you have a practical way to improve it; several listed attacks are fire-based.
- Prioritize movement and leaving marked ground effects promptly. The fight includes delayed attacks as well as direct fire patterns.
- Consider cold damage if it fits your character, since the boss listing reports a cold weakness.
The Azak Bog fire-resistance ritual
The Azak Bog area page describes a ritual involving five effigies: light them, then approach the central effigy to receive Ignagduk’s Harvest. The page says this area effect grants temporary fire resistance and increased item rarity. Ignagduk’s drops and the quest reward are different
Keep the boss’s item drop separate from the quest hand-in. The Gemrot Skull item entry describes an effect of +30 to maximum Spirit and a level 10 Uncut Spirit Gem when used. Ignagduk’s Ghastly Spear, by contrast, is the item you return to Servi; completing that hand-in provides the separate quest reward described above. Confirm item behavior and reward details against the current game version.

If the boss or map marker does not look complete
A player discussion reports a case in which Ignagduk did not drop anything and the map icon remained undimmed in Act 3 Cruel. That is an individual report, not evidence of a widespread current bug. If your instance appears stuck, check the quest log for Tribal Vengeance, confirm whether you are in Normal or Cruel progression, and verify whether the Ghastly Spear is already in your inventory or the quest has advanced after returning to Servi.
