Pick the response that matches the stat you want to raise; each choice also lowers another stat or, for Luck, lowers all four other core stats.
What does each Recruitment Centre answer do?
For “What can you bring to our beloved corps? Any skills to speak of?”, choose one of these five responses. The reported changes are starting-stat adjustments:

Game8’s answer guide lists these effects. The Luck choice is a wider trade-off than the others: it raises Luck by four while reducing every other core stat by one.
Which answer should you choose?
There is no universally best answer established for every build. Choose the stat emphasis you want at the start, keeping the paired reduction in view. If you are unsure, Game8 recommends “I’ve got a sharp mind” for its Magic increase, which can help with targeting enemy weaknesses. That is a guide recommendation, not a requirement; another answer may better fit the way you want to play.

Which interview question changes stats?
The interview includes an earlier question about why you want to enlist and a later question about your skills. According to Twinfinite’s interview guide, the enlistment-motivation response does not change stats. The skills response—the one asking what you can bring to the corps—is the stat-changing prompt.
