My Fishing Brainrots is described as a Roblox tycoon game built around hatching Brainrots, letting them fish automatically, selling their catches, and reinvesting the money. The available wiki is a fan guide rather than a confirmed official source, so treat its current prices, unit earnings, codes, and event details as information to verify in-game.
What is My Fishing Brainrots?
The game’s basic loop is to buy and hatch Brainrots, place them on your plot, collect the fish they catch, sell those fish for cash, and use the proceeds to expand or improve your setup. Rebirth is described as a reset that unlocks lasting progression benefits, making it a later progression system rather than part of the initial loop.
The guide site MyFishingBrainrots.com covers the game as a fan wiki. Its pages can help identify systems and terminology, but they do not establish official status or confirm that volatile details match the live version.
How to get started
- Buy an initial egg from the conveyor and place it on your plot.
- Wait for the egg to hatch; the resulting Brainrot is described as fishing automatically.
- Collect and sell the fish, then reinvest the cash in more units or useful upgrades.
- Fill available unit slots as your early cash allows, and improve rods if you want to focus on faster fishing.
This is the fan guide’s suggested opening route, not independently tested advice. The best next purchase depends on what is limiting your progress: unit capacity, catch speed, access to eggs, or income between active sessions.

Which upgrades do what?
The wiki groups upgrades by the part of progression they affect. Choose according to your current bottleneck rather than assuming one upgrade is best for every stage.
| Upgrade or system | What it is described as affecting | When that goal may matter |
|---|---|---|
| Fishing rods | Fishing speed | When you want units to produce catches more quickly. |
| Conveyor belt | Egg access and luck | When your priority is access to higher-tier eggs. |
| Fishing Luck | Chance of rarer catches | When you are pursuing more valuable or uncommon fish. |
| Additional slots | Number of Brainrots you can place | When you have units available but lack room for them. |
| Barbecue grill | Passive income | When you want income that the wiki associates with this system. |
| Giant Brainrot | Food-based transformations | When you want to use the transformation system. |
| Crafting Machine | Material-based high-tier units | When you are pursuing crafted units and have the required materials. |
The fan wiki recommends rods early and the grill after rebirth, but that ranking is not independently tested. It also lists a $50 million grill unlock, a $10 million Giant Brainrot unlock, and $120,000 per second for a Level 15 grill; these are figures attributed to MyFishingBrainrots.com in 2026 search access, not confirmed current game values. Check the live game before budgeting around them.

Brainrots, fish, and indexes
The wiki’s unit database organizes Brainrots from Common through Secret and includes examples such as Chef Kraba Kadabra, Gorillo Watermelon, Divine Chicotera, and La Vaka Pet. It also reports earnings for units, but the available information does not establish current rates, update dates, or level assumptions. Avoid treating a listed earning as a guaranteed payout without checking the unit and its level in-game.
The guide describes a Fish Index and a Brainrot Index. The Fish Index tracks discovered fish and may award permanent rewards for completing sets, according to the fan wiki. Use the in-game index to confirm collection progress and reward conditions, since index rewards can be affected by updates.

Rebirth and other systems
Rebirth is presented as a reset that provides lasting progression benefits. Before choosing it, check the live rebirth screen for exactly what resets and what carries over; the available guide information does not establish a full current reset list.
The wiki also describes offline earnings, event currency and shops, a daily spin, Robux-exclusive offers, and a Giant Brainrot/food transformation system. These features may be version- or event-dependent, so confirm availability and rules in the current game rather than relying on an undated page.

Codes, Trello, and finding current information
A secondary TechWiser guide identifies codes, Brainrots, fish, traits and mutations, equipment, gears, rebirth, Skull Coins, and event guides as common subjects players look for. That is useful as a map of topics, not as confirmation that a particular code is active or that an official Trello board exists.
The available information does not establish a current official codes source or Trello board. Check links and announcements surfaced inside the Roblox experience or through a developer-controlled channel before trusting a code, event schedule, or community board. The fan guide’s figures and feature descriptions should likewise be compared with the current game.

Are Robux purchases required?
The fan wiki describes optional Robux offers in an Exclusive Shop and a 14 Robux Starter Pack. That price is a 2026 search-access claim from MyFishingBrainrots.com, not a confirmed current price. The game loop described by the guide centers on hatching, fishing, selling, and reinvesting; the available information does not establish that Robux purchases are required.
