Blue: Consider darts vocabulary
The bar clue points to a game played at many bars. The words include a scoring term, a target area, and the name for the line players throw from.

How Sports Edition Connections works
Connections gives players 16 words to sort into four groups of four based on a shared feature. The groups are color-coded by difficulty: Yellow is easiest, followed by Green, Blue, and Purple as the trickiest. The New York Times says Sports Edition follows the same rules and is brought to solvers by The Athletic.
You can play through NYT Games and Athletic web and app channels. The Help Center also notes that Sports Edition does not have an archive, so a past puzzle may not be available to replay there.
