As of October 8, 2026, Nintendo’s US Black Friday offers for this year have not been confirmed in the official sources available. Nintendo currently lists a Switch 2 bundle arriving October 22, but that is a separate offer—not a confirmed Black Friday deal. Treat this as a preview, and compare complete bundle contents and terms once holiday promotions are announced.
What Nintendo Switch Black Friday deals are confirmed for 2026?
No official source cited here confirms Nintendo’s 2026 Black Friday lineup. The current US Nintendo retail offers page lists a Nintendo Switch 2 – Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Bundle for $529.99 MSRP, with stated savings of $27.98 against the separate manufacturer suggested retail prices. Availability is listed as beginning October 22, 2026, at participating retailers. That timing makes it an upcoming offer, not evidence of a Black Friday promotion. Check the live Nintendo page and retailer terms before buying, since offer details can change.
Nintendo says actual savings may vary. The listed bundle’s membership auto-renews after the included term unless cancelled; read the current offer terms for the complete details.
Should you wait for Black Friday to buy a Switch?
If you can wait, compare the holiday offers when Nintendo and retailers publish them. There is not enough confirmed 2026 information to predict a sale price or say whether waiting will save money. If you need a console before then, assess the October bundle on its own merits rather than assuming it will be repeated or improved for Black Friday.
#1 Best Overall
- The next evolution of Nintendo Switch
- One system, three play modes: TV, Tabletop, and Handheld
- Larger, vivid, 7.9” LCD touch screen with support for HDR and up to 120 fps
- Dock that supports 4K when connected to a compatible TV*
- GameChat** lets you voice chat, share your game screen, and connect via video chat as you play
When deals appear, distinguish Nintendo’s offers from retailer-specific promotions and eShop discounts. A retailer markdown is not automatically a Nintendo promotion, and a digital game sale is not comparable to a hardware bundle unless you account for what is included and what you would otherwise buy.
What past Black Friday offers can—and can’t—tell you
Past promotions show the kinds of offers that have appeared, but they do not establish 2026 prices, dates, or availability.

Nintendo’s 2022 hardware bundle
Nintendo’s November 2022 announcement offered a Switch system with a digital Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game and a three-month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership for $299.99 MSRP. The offer began November 20, 2022, and was available while supplies lasted. It is a dated precedent, not a current price or a promise of another hardware bundle.
Reported 2025 game promotions
GamesRadar reported in November 2025 that select physical Switch games were due to be offered at suggested retail prices of $39.99 or $29.99 at Nintendo US stores and select retailers. It also reported a Cyber Deals period running November 20 through December 3, 2025. Those were 2025 details, reported by GamesRadar; they should not be read as 2026 prices or dates.

How to tell whether a bundle is a real saving
Compare like with like and calculate the value of the package you would actually purchase. A claimed discount against separate MSRPs is a reference point, not necessarily the amount you save versus current prices elsewhere.
- Total price and contents: List the console, game, membership, and any other included items. Compare the bundle price with the separate prices used to support its savings claim.
- Console model: Check whether it is Switch 2, Switch OLED, standard Switch, or Switch Lite. These models are not interchangeable.
- Game format and membership: Note whether a game is physical or digital, how redemption works, how long a membership lasts, and whether it renews automatically.
- Retailer and availability: Check participating sellers, stock limits, location restrictions, and whether the deal is available online, in store, or both.
- Dates and deal type: Record the start and end dates, and identify whether the promotion comes from Nintendo, a retailer, or the eShop.
- Checkout cost: Compare shipping or pickup terms as well as the listed price; these can affect the total you pay.
What to check when 2026 deals are announced
Use Nintendo’s live offers page and the retailer’s own listing to verify each promotion. For every candidate deal, confirm the exact model, bundle contents, price, participating sellers, sale window, and stock status. If a listing advertises savings, check the stated reference prices and compare them with the prices you can actually pay. Do not carry forward the 2022 or 2025 prices and dates as if they applied to 2026.
