The reported Overwatch x NieR:Automata leak was followed by an official announcement: Blizzard’s Overwatch account revealed Overwatch x Project YoRHa on March 4, 2026, with a March 10 launch date. The collaboration has since been reported as released. Its five hero-to-character pairings are Kiriko as 2B, Vendetta as A2, Wuyang as 9S, Lifeweaver as Adam, and Mercy as Commander White.
What leaked, and when was it confirmed?
Esports.gg reported that an Overwatch YouTube teaser appeared on February 27, 2026, and was removed roughly an hour later. The report said the video showed collaboration artwork and a March 10 date. That removed teaser was the reported leak—not confirmation that the skins were already available in-game. (esports.gg, March 4, 2026)
The confirmation came later. On March 4, the official Overwatch account announced Overwatch x Project YoRHa and scheduled its launch for March 10. The account wrote: “A future is not given to you. It is something you must take for yourself,” and invited players to “team up your favorite androids.” PC Gamer also reproduced the announcement. (PC Gamer, March 4, 2026)
By March 11, GamesRadar+ described the collaboration as released content. The timeline is therefore a reported teaser leak on February 27, an official reveal on March 4, and a scheduled launch on March 10—not an unconfirmed leak that might still happen. (GamesRadar+, March 11, 2026)

All five Overwatch x Project YoRHa skins
The reveal artwork indicated these matchups, which later March 11 coverage described as the five released costumes:
| Overwatch hero | NieR:Automata character |
|---|---|
| Kiriko | 2B |
| Vendetta | A2 |
| Wuyang | 9S |
| Lifeweaver | Adam |
| Mercy | Commander White |
PC Gamer identified the pairings from the March 4 artwork; the subsequent release coverage corroborated the roster. That supports the character matches, but does not establish current bundle contents, in-game effects, or voice lines.

The collaboration was reported as released after its March 10, 2026 launch date. The available reporting does not establish whether any of these cosmetics are in the shop on October 8, 2026, their current price, or whether they will return. Check the live Overwatch shop or an official Overwatch announcement for current availability rather than assuming a limited-time cosmetic remains purchasable.
